TenMark provides tenement monitoring, research information and document preparation tools. You must confirm current title status, ground availability, deadlines and application requirements with the official register and department before acting. Saved records and notifications may be delayed or incomplete.

Keep your credentials private and provide accurate details. Use the service lawfully and access client information only with authority. You remain responsible for reviewing and signing documents and lodging applications. TenMark does not lodge applications or make lease decisions automatically.

Free accounts allow one unique watched or managed lease and 50 AI credits each month. Paid memberships combine the selected lease allowance, optional agent capacity and monthly AI credits. All displayed prices are Australian dollars and include GST. Stripe securely processes payments. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the selected price until cancelled. Cancel through Plans & billing before the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. One-off credit top-ups are charged once. Paid lease membership credits and top-ups carry forward; unused agent-pack and extra monthly credits expire at the end of each paid monthly period. Your balance is shared across agents and the assistant. Available agent capacity does not guarantee reports within individual spending limits. If a payment fails, new paid allowances are not granted. Refunds and disputes require review; contact support for billing issues or refund requests. Your rights under Australian consumer law continue to apply.

AI assistance and scheduled agents

When you use the TenMark AI Assistant or enable an agent, you instruct TenMark to process your submitted messages, selected documents and images, recent conversation, task instructions and selected lease research using external AI service providers. The chosen scope may include lease identifiers, public title and notice records, and examples from stored mine, drill, sample and geology data. Providers may process this information outside Australia. Account contact details, postal addresses, client names and private lease notes are not added automatically. Anything you type into a message or task is included; only submit information you are authorised to share and do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material.

Accepting these terms does not start an agent or send your lease records automatically. You choose the chat scope and each agent task, scope, schedule and credit budget; agents start paused and can be paused again. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and requires your review. Confirm title status, ground availability and requirements with official sources before acting. Chats and agent reviews use your available AI credits. These instructions form part of your account agreement; you do not need to accept a separate agreement for each message. See the privacy policy for processing and retention details.

Your private notes and contact details are used to provide the service as described in the privacy policy. Optional newsletter and getting-started contact choices can be withdrawn. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian consumer law.
